Description: This addition to the Isenhour Tennis Complex will house the player's lounge, nutrition space, coaches’ offices, conference room, conditioning space, and an outdoor terrace. The project scope includes minor upgrades to the existing Isenhour Tennis Center including renovations to repurpose the outdated locker rooms, restrooms, and showers to offices for coaching staff and team functions. The facility is located at the corner of Sullivan Drive and Varsity Drive, across from the Doak Baseball Stadium. Project Schedule: Planned completion of the project is June 2027. Design phase will begin in August 2024 with Construction beginning in late 2025 or 2026.
