The Biloxi Housing Authority (BHA) is requesting proposals from qualified companies to perform Janitorial Services at three (3) secure senior citizen sites located at: Cadet Point Senior Village, 200 Maple Street, Biloxi, MS; Seashore Oaks 1450-A, Beach Blvd, Biloxi, MS; Seashore Oaks 1440 Beach Blvd, Biloxi, MS. The contractor must furnish and maintain, in good repair, all equipment including, but not limited to mops, brooms, buffers, vacuums, and any other equipment necessary to perform the services. The BHA will supply Toilet Paper, Hand Soap and Paper Towels for each site. The contractor will be responsible for all cleaning materials and equipment. The contractor shall perform services (per scope of work) between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Federal and State Holidays will need to be rescheduled and approved by the lead contact person. The proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria: Qualifications of Firm and Staff-35 pts; Availability and Timeliness of Staff-35 pts; Cost Proposal-30 pts.
