Site work for a mixed-use development in Paso Robles, California. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The attached Request for Proposals (RFP) describes the non-aeronautical development opportunity located at Paso Robles Municipal Airport. Proposal for Airport Development Opportunity - Lot 53. The City of El Paso de Robles (City) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced entities interested in developing a non-aeronautical use parcel designated as "Lot 53" located at the intersection of Dry Creek Road and Cloud Way on the Paso Robles Municipal Airport (Airport). Specifically, Lot 53 is located at 4285 Cloud Way, Paso Robles, California 93446 (see attached parcel map). The corner parcel is located on the south side of the Airport, is approximately 3.98 acres, and is undeveloped rough graded dirt. The parcel does not have access to the aircraft operating areas of the Airport. Utilities are located both in Cloud Way and along Dry Creek Road, but connection points should be confirmed with the applicable City department. 1.2. General Airport Background The Airport was built in the early 1940's and encompasses roughly 1,300 acres with two runways. The Airport has grown into a moderately busy general aviation Airport with a healthy mix of non-aviation business park and aeronautical businesses located within Airport boundaries. The continued development of the Airport is part of the long-term vision for the City with a focus on City Councils goals of developing a technology corridor in and around the Airport and spaceport designation for the Airport. Lot 53, designated for non-aeronautical use, is seen by the City as a key development opportunity for the furtherance of the technology corridor and spaceport concepts. Development proposals that illustrate the relationship of the concept to the technology corridor and spaceport concepts are preferred.
