Grid Modify existing or provide and install 15/16” grid to finish ceiling Modify existing or provide and install ceiling tiles to match existing (Cortega #769 equivalent) PHASE 2: Electrical, Plumbing & HVAC A. Electrical Demo/safe off all existing electrical on walls to be removed and repair wall Demo/safe off all existing electrical in office room floors and repair floor Demo/safe off existing 240v power in existing X-ray rooms Re-work existing light switches at 3 locations to accommodate the new wall layout in office spaces B. Plumbing Cap water lines leading to the office floor angle stops and repair floor Remove unwanted sinks/cap off plumbing and repair wall and/or floor Cut off and cap existing utility coming out the ground in existing exam rooms and repair floor Ensure all faucets having working cold and hot water C. HVAC Relocate one existing air return
