Base Bid 1 The work to be performed under this contract includes the renovation of an existing playground complex. The existing equipment will be removed and the new facility will introduce inclusive playground equipment with an ADA accessible poured in place rubber safety surface. This contract does not include the furnishing of the playground equipment; all equipment shall be procured directly by the Owner; this contract includes only the assembly and installation of the playground equipment. The scope of work shall also include the rehabilitation and construction of a retaining wall, installation of chain-link fence and gates, and installation of various other ancillary site amenities and improvements. Base Bid 2 The work to be performed under this contract includes the milling and resurfacing, including new asphalt pavement and acrylic surfacing, of an existing basketball court. The new facility will be retrofitted for both basketball and pickleball use. The scope of work shall also include minor drainage improvements, the rehabilitation and construction of a retaining wall, installation of chain-link fence and gates, and installation of various other ancillary site amenities and improvements.
