Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fort Loramie, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The installation of a new 12" water main on Park Street between Main Street and Monterey Drive. New fire hydrants and water services up to the right of way will be installed along the project route. This project also includes the replacement of sections of existing sidewalk and curb and gutter. Project Funding: HB 168 & OPWC Final Completion Date: May 23, 2025 Engineer's Estimate: $1,248,271.00 Question Deadline 05/06/2024 Bidder must submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
