Site work for a water / sewer project in Mead, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project proposal entails Pumping septic tanks and filling tanks with Pea Gravel (and any other related work to properly decommission the septic system per Washington State regulations. The contractor will need to install a +/-680' 8" sanitary sewer main to the existing 8" existing sewer stub off Moody Road. All questions regarding this bid and/or the associated construction project are to be directed to: Engineering questions: Stephen Matkin at DCI Engineers 509-227-5729 Administrative questions: Ned Wendle at Mead School District, 509-465-7657 Begin Construction on June 18, 2024, and be Substantially Complete by August 23, 2024, or as agreed to by owner and contractor The Mead School District No. 354 reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in bids received. No bidder may withdraw his bid after the hour set for opening thereof, or before the award of contract unless the execution of a Purchase Order for the Work is delayed more than thirty calendar days after the date of opening of bids.
