PROJECT LOCATION: Tri-Cities Airport, 351 Industrial Park Blvd, Endicott, NY 13760 TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION: Project generally includes the replacement of the Runway 3 & Runway 21 runway end identifier lights (REIL) including removal and proper disposal of the existing REIL on both ends and installation of new LED REIL, foundations, and related local electrical work (conduit, cable, etc.) to reconnect the new REIL to the existing runway series electrical circuit. PROPOSAL SURETY: All bids must be accompanied by a Proposal Surety (Bid Bond or other instrument as described in the Instructions to Bidders) in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid.
