This project involves approximately 4,600 square foot (interior) of new construction for a warehouse facility, including storage, offices, breakroom, bathroom, and covered exterior storage yards. Fully operational mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection are included, as well as site, utility, paving, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. City of Tucson SBE contractors are encouraged to participate.
