The scope of the project includes upgrades to the ventilation system in the gymnasium and replacement of the envelope - phase 1. TIMELINE: Working drawings are underway. The owner has awarded an additional professional consultant to provide services in mechanical and electrical engineering. According to the owner's scheduling a tender for the general contractor will be issued is spring 2025.
