All Work shown on the Plans by Orcutt/Winslow and Clay Williams & Associates, Inc. C-204, C-205, C-206, C-305 & C-506 all dated June 29, 2023. 2. Contractor shall confirm all elevations prior to construction and shall be responsible for providing all line, grade and stakeout for the construction of this project. 3. All existing utilities shown both above and below ground are approximate and are not necessarily all that exist. The determination of the existence and location of all utilities shall be the responsibility of the contractor to field verify. 4. All items of work (grading, drainage, base, paving, etc.) shall be constructed and tested in accordance with the Tennessee Department of Transportation, Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, dated January 1, 2021 along with all applicable Standard Drawings and Special Provisions. 5. All disturbed areas not to receive concrete, paving, sod, landscape, etc. are to be seeded and mulched. 6. The Contractor shall prepare all documents necessary for receiving an NPDES permit for construction storm water discharge, implement an effective erosion control plan, document the effectiveness of the plan and adjust the plan as necessary. The Contractor is responsible for obtaining any and all local permits which are required. Design, Implementation, Inspections, Reporting and Maintenance of Erosion Control is to be included. 7. Contractor is responsible for all Testing (compaction, moisture content, etc.) as required per TDOT specifications. All reports and results shall be sent to Engineer, Owner and Construction Manager. 8. A required Temporary Traffic Control Measures are to be included by Bidders. 9. Bidding Contractors to take into account, anticipate and accommodate for any possible material price increases which may affect their Bid and/or cost during the extent of the project duration. 10. Neither the Owner, CM nor its representatives are responsible for receiving, signing, transporting, care or safe keeping of any materials provided by any Contractor.
