The Housing Opportunities Commission of Montgomery County, Maryland (hereafter referred to as "HOC" or "Owner") is soliciting proposals from qualified Sustainability & MEP Review and Verification firms (hereafter referred to as "Respondents" or "Sustainability Reviewers") that are licensed and insured to conduct business within the State of Maryland. The selected Sustainability Reviewer shall provide design services and construction administration for the entitlement and construction of Wheaton Gateway located in Montgomery County, Maryland. Services should include the Sustainability Reviewer's responsibility for engaging other consultants as necessary to complete all required services. All questions must be submitted in writing. The deadline for submitting questions is April 2, 2024 by 12:00 p.m. Proposals will only be accepted from those Respondents that can establish, to the satisfaction of the HOC, the reliability and responsibility of the persons or entities proposed to furnish and perform the Work described in the Proposal Documents and provide satisfactory evidence of, and references for, completion of projects (in the capacity as a Sustainability Reviewer) of similar scope which is defined as the verification and review of urban infill mixed-use developments which have targeted and/or achieved the attainment of certifications evidencing construction to standards above code minimum (e.g. LEED, Energy Star, etc..).
