Secondary roller shall be done with a pneumatic roller after choke down has been placed meeting ODOT specifications for rolling 405.13 L. Rollers must conform to ODOT specification 401.13 M. Township has the right to increase or decrease materials on road N. Some roads may be spot leveling O. Contractor must be qualified with ODOT and submit with bid for work type 11. P. Must have 5 years' experience in this field
