The city is requesting consultant assistance from a qualified engineering firm, who will act as an extension of city staff, in completing at a minimum the following tasks, as requested: 1) Update the city's SewerCAD model with as new development occurs or updated information is obtained on the existing system; 2) Perform sewer modeling to verify sewer comp plan amendment applications or other city modeling needs; 3) Support the city with updates to the city's Public Work Standards; and 4) Update the city's wastewater collection system mapping, including field data collection. The City of Gig Harbor reserves the right to waive or not waive any informality or irregularity in submittals and/or to reject any and all submittals. It is at the sole discretion of the city to award or not award work resulting from this solicitation.
