Renovation of a municipal facility in Oswego, Illinois. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of June 19, 2024, this project is not being awarded. Project will rebid but no definite date yet. The Work consists of the construction of a new interior IT computer room, at the existing Fox Metro P1 Administration Building, consisting of new interior partition walls, electrical work, a new standby generator, air conditioning units, and heating and plumbing equipment, providing all accessories, tools, and appurtenances for completion of work, in accordance with the requirements of the Contract Documents. The Project consists of the construction of selective demolition, concrete pads, interior gypsum walls, doors and frames, door hardware, electrical and mechanical work. Bid Security in the amount of not less than 10 % of the Bid shall accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, waive any informalities in bidding or to accept the Bid or Bids, which best serve the interest of OWNER. uestion Deadline 05/15/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to OWNER in writing not less than 7 days prior to the date for opening of Bids.
