2000 tons, more or less of various size stones including: PennDot 2A; ASHTO #1 PennDot #4; PennDot 3A Modified; AASHTO #3 PennDot 3 Clean; AASHTO #57 PennDot 2B; AASHTO #8 Washed; AASHTO #10; R-4 Rip Rap; R-5 Rip Rap; Anti-Skid. Bid prices shall be valid from May 8, 2024 through May 8, 2025. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality and hand-delivered to the Township Office in a sealed envelope marked clearly that it is a "Bid". The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10 % of the bid, made payable to the municipality. A performance bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder within 20 days after the contract is awarded. Contractor may schedule a review of the proposed work with Municipality's Representative prior to bidding. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
