The City of Newport reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to accept any proposals deemed to be for the best interest of the City. 1. Repoint Masonry Parapet wall 2. Remove, replace, and add flashing A. Contractor is responsible for disposal of all materials B. All work is done in accordance with current building/ trade specific codes 6 C. Remove copper counter flashing D. Repoint parapet wall from roof to top cap (Mortar must match and be approved by Commission) E. Supply and Install step/ base flashing F. Supply and install new copper counter flashing (same style as what was removed) G. Saw cut flashing into mortar joint H. Seal counter flashing An additional bid item shall be included for all locations in the proposal pages at a price Linear Foot for additional repairs for work not included in the Lump Sum items. The price “Linear Foot” shall constitute full and complete scope of work as described here in. Please include one (1) original an (2) copies of your proposal.
