TIMELINE: The owner is implementing the project by construction packages. First construction package is being tendered and followed in the report under CRM ID name New Rue and Redevelopment on the Site of the Municipal Garage on Chemin De La Canardière (Por210678). The subsequent packages will proceed as follows: Site redevelopment (fuel station, storage areas, parking, traffic areas) is scheduled for fall, 2026. Development of the public street and retention basin is planned for late, 2026/early, 2027. Redevelopment of the intersection (Henri-Bourassa Blvd.) is anticipated in spring, 2027.
