Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Quebec, Quebec. Design plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and road / highway.

Redevelopment of the municipal garage site on Chemin de la Canardière, the construction of a new street as well as the development of a resilient park. This project is located on the quadrilateral delimited by Chemin de la Canardière, Boulevard Montmorency and Boulevard Henri-Bourassa. TIMELINE: Preparatory work is scheduled for fall, 2025. Demolition of a garage is anticipated in spring, 2026. Site redevelopment (fuel station, storage areas, parking, traffic areas) is scheduled for summer, 2026. Development of the public street and retention basin is planned for fall, 2026. Redevelopment of the intersection (Henri-Bourassa Blvd.) is anticipated in spring, 2027.
