Renovation of a municipal facility in Dallas, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Corrective and supplemental work on the facilities existing HVAC systems to meet current occupant needs. Contract Term 18 months WORK COVERED BY CONTRACT DOCUMENTS A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Partial removal of the existing modified bitumen roof and decking and complete demolition and removal of existing HVAC systems for the installation of a new, upgraded HVAC system including new roof decking, roof assembly to match existing, rooftop equipment curb, roof penetration structural framing, and upgraded HVAC systems. 2. Complete HVAC equipment and components replacements and associated electrical equipment support. B. Type of Contract: 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract.
