Halifax Health is requesting bid responses from qualified contractors to provide repairs for the parking garage on the Daytona campus Question Deadline 09/08/2025 at 12:00 PM ET Questions regarding this ITB should be submitted via online Contractors with demonstrated expertise on similar projects are invited to submit a bid packet The objective of this bid is to select vendor(s) capable of providing MoonBeam_3 UV-C disinfection units in alignment with the clinical disinfection requirements at Halifax Health. The devices wi l be deployed across various departments where infection control is critical, including patient care areas, ICUs, and procedure rooms. The MoonBeam_3's rapid disinfection cycles and flexible design make it an ideal adjunct to standard terminal cleaning practices. Vendors must ensure on-time delivery, complete configuration, and should specify any warranty, maintenance, and technical support terms associated with the equipment. 1.1 Pricing includes product cost, hardware, warranty, training and service maintenance (if applicable), and freight/handling. Pricing is required to be provided on Attachment F-Price Response Sheet. Bidders must price ALL lines on pricing sheet to be considered for Award. Bidders may submit a quote with their bid proposals in addition to the required Attachment F. 1.2 Specifications to products shown in this bid may be increased, decreased, or altered within scope after award throughout the use of this bid, any resulting contracts, and/or purchase orders based on the individual needs of the requesting departments. HH is requesting bids from qualified contractors to provide repairs for the parking garage located on the Daytona campus. Cleanliness is imperative and all contractors onsite must pass a background check and be badged. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to the following: Repairs to the areas of concern are related to corrosion and concrete spalling on precast columns, double tees connecting rebar and plates, concrete beams, corroded steel cables, and corroded railing bases. The parking garage will remain in operation during this time and will require an experienced contractor proficient in concrete restoration and experience with Sika products. The structural engineer has made an assessment with recommendations which consist of 15 pages, accompanied by 9 pages of images and drawings, and 3 pages of floor plans to scale. HH has included 8 pages of the original parking garage structural plans to be used for reference only. Contractors are required to submit Attachment E - Repair Count table to breakdown their costs
