Fairgrounds Pavilion ADA Renovations Roosevelt County extends a Request for Proposals from entities desiring to complete renovations to the Pavilion building to include ADA restrooms and an accessible covered patio area. The Board of Roosevelt County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to accept the bid which in its judgment is most suitable and, in the County's, best interest, to be the sole interpreter of the intent of any clauses of the specifications and the sole judge as to whether an offer complies with specifications. Question Deadline 04/30/2024 The Scope of Work for This Project is to Demolish Existing Restroom Areas and Build 2 New Restrooms, 1 New Janitor Room, 1 Adult Changing Station, and Remove and Reinforce Floor of Second Level in the Doug & Debbie Idsinga Memorial Pavilion. These Restrooms Will Have Interior and Exterior Entrances to Each. Exterior Site Improvements Include New Exterior Covering, Exterior Benches and Tables, Grading and Drainage, Asphalt, Concrete Paving, and Site Utilities. New Exterior Covering to Match Style of Event Arena Entrance.
