Saving Project...

Renovation of an educational facility in Montebello, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

District is requesting bids for the replacement of the fire alarm panel at Washington Elementary School and all necessary labor and equipment and other incidental and appurtenant work necessary to satisfactorily complete the work as further described in the Scope of Work This project is subject to the enforcement of the DLSE PWR Monitoring/Enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR), Division of Labor Standards Enforcement Pursuant to Labor Code 1771. Each bidder shall be a licensed contractor pursuant to the California Business and Professions Code and be licensed to perform the work called for in the contract documents. The successful bidder must possess a valid and active Class C-10, C-16 Contractor License at time of bid and license must be valid through project completion. Proposal cost to include prevailing wages, payment & performance bonds if quote exceeds $25,000.00, and the mandatory insurance requirements per the attachment. Remove, Replace and haul away old panel. 2. Includes wiring terminations, equipment, programming, pre-testing. 3. Any changes or deviations from the scope require Management approval in writing.
