(Mai) Invites Offers From Qualified Vendors for the Rooftop Unit Replacement - Maintenance Building in Port Aux Basques, NL. The Project is Located at the Marine Atlantic Ferry Terminal Site in Port Aux Basques, Nl. The Work Generally Includes, but It is Not Necessarily Limited to, the Following: Mobilization and Demobilization, Including All Labor and Equipment as Specified and as Required to Carry Out the Work. Pre-inspection Site Survey of All Components of the Work and Report to Owners Representative Any and All Discrepancies Prior to Commencing Work. Remove Existing Rooftop a/c Unit Complete With Associated Wiring and Accessories. Supply and Install New Curb Adaptor and a/c Unit Accessories as Identified on the Drawings. Install New Owner Supplied Rooftop a/c Unit Complete With New Thermostat and Associated Control Wiring. Contractor is Responsible to Transport a/c Unit From Storage Inside the Maintenance Building to the Roof for Installation. Connect New Owner Supplied Rooftop a/c Unit to Existing Supply & Return Air Duct Mains. Provide Offsets and Transitions as Required. Connect New Owner Supplied Rooftop a/c Unit to Existing Main Switchboard in Elect Room 201 Using New Teck Cable.
