The Project is Located at the Marine Atlantic Ferry Terminal Site in Port Aux Basques, Nl. The Work Generally Includes, but It is Not Necessarily Limited to, the Following: Mobilization and Demobilization, Including All Labor and Equipment as Specified and as Required to Carry Out the Work. Pre-inspection Site Survey of All Components of the Work and Report to Owners Representative Any and All Discrepancies Prior to Commencing Work. Remove Existing Rooftop a/c Unit Complete With Associated Wiring and Accessories. Supply and Install New Curb Adaptor and a/c Unit Accessories as Identified on the Drawings. Install New Owner Supplied Rooftop a/c Unit Complete With New Thermostat and Associated Control Wiring. Contractor is Responsible to Transport a/c Unit From Storage Inside the Maintenance Building to the Roof for Installation. Connect New Owner Supplied Rooftop a/c Unit to Existing Supply & Return Air Duct Mains. Provide Offsets and Transitions as Required. Connect New Owner Supplied Rooftop a/c Unit to Existing Main Switchboard in Elect Room 201 Using New Teck Cable.
