Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Rincon, Georgia. Working plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
Work to be performed under this Contract includes the following generally described items: Remove approximately 522 square yards of concrete paving around the concessions stand and between Ballfields 1-4. Install approximately 3,596 square yards of concrete pavement around the concession stand and between Ballfields 1-4. Install approximately 292 linear feet of storm drainage pipe and two (2) storm drainage structures. The City of Rincon reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in the bidding. Bidders must comply with the President's Executive Order Nos. 11246 and 11375, which prohibit discrimination in employment regarding race, creed, color, sex, or national origin. Bidders must comply with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Davis-Bacon Act, the AntiKickback Act, and the Contract Work Hours Standard Act. All bids are to be enclosed in a sealed envelope and addressed as follows: City of Rincon P.O. Box 232 302 S. Columbia Avenue Rincon, Georgia 31326 Attn: "2024 Macomber Paving improvements"
