Reference number : 1839143 Deadline for receiving complaints: 2024-05-07 Electronically transmitted submission accepted: Yes, via the SEAO, with a document The City of Sorel-Tracy is requesting bids to carry out soil improvement work as part of the project to construct the Sorel-Tracy aquatic complex located at 3030, place des Loisirs. Each submission must be accompanied by a certified check, drawn on an account registered in a banking establishment in Quebec and payable to the City of Sorel-Tracy, for an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the submission, taxes included. . A bid bond of the same value issued by an insurance company authorized by the Financial Markets Authority will also be accepted. Bidding contractors are responsible for the choice of subcontractors, both for their solvency and for the content of their bid, and must inform them of the conditions they intend to impose on them and ensure that they hold the required permits and licenses. The City of Sorel-Tracy does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the bids received and assumes no obligation or costs of any nature whatsoever towards the bidder(s). In addition, it reserves the right to award the contract in whole or in part only.
