A. Mow Grass weekly during growing season of mid-February through November (December through February once a month or as needed or requested by LWC) B. Use Edger or Weed eater, to trim grass and edge entire property including sidewalks and parking lots. C. Blow off Cut Grass from Sidewalks, Parking Lots and Drives D. Weed the Beds and trim ground cover at the front door of the Administrative Building, weed beds at the front of the Annex Building, and the front and rear of the Atrium. E. Trim all ornamental shrubs and trees on campus (two times per year). Trim limbs overhanging fence lines on all property boundaries and keep limbs off of buildings. F. Apply pre-emergent for weed prevention and fertilizer to promote healthy lawn (once per year or more frequently as needed). G. Apply Weed control (Weed Killer) on parking lot and sidewalks cracks and seams. (Approximately Quarterly) H. Empty Trash barrels (4) located at parking lot gate entrances into the dumpsters on campus. These services should be performed weekly year round. 1. Mulch and/or rake, bag and disposed of leaves properly The state of louisiana has the right to terminate the contract for cause by giving thirty (30) days written notice to the contractor of such termination for any of the following non-exclusive reasons: (a) failure to deliver within the time specified in the contract; (b) failure of the product or service to meet specifications, conform to sample quality or to be delivered in good condition; or, (c) any other breach of contract.
