One of the floating dock sections is to be built to incorporate an upweller at the Coast Guard Station Dock on Plat 20 Lot 12. This section describes minimum qualifications for Bidders and documentation requirements to establish Bidder qualifications. QUALIFICATIONS A. Bidders must have a minimum of five (5) years' successful experience in similar restoration projects with designated landmark status. Qualified General Contractors must have skilled workers, trained, experienced, and familiar with similar commercial dock and piling construction. 1. Subcontractors shall meet performance standards of those sections of the specifications that describe the work they are to perform. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to accept the Bid deemed most favorable to the interest of the Town. The Town reserves the right to reject any bid not submitted in accordance with the provisions set forth herein and may waive any informalities and all bids. Conditional bids will not be accepted. The Town does not obligate itself to accept the lowest or any other bids.
