*As of June 14, 2024 this project has been awarded to Bailey Contracting for $204,901.46* All bidders shall at all times be independent contractors and not employees of the Town. By submission of this bid, each bidder and each person signing on behalf of any bidder certifies, and in the case of a joint bid each party thereto certifies as to its own organization, under penalty of perjury, that to the best of its knowledge and belief that each bidder is not on the debarment list created pursuant to T.C.A. 12-12-106. All bidders must provide proof of general liability insurance and worker's compensation insurance coverage satisfactory to the Town and evidence of such coverage shall be included in the bid envelope. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
