2022 Water Improvements. The time of performance will be 180 days. This is a Section 3 Covered Contract under the HUD Act of 1968 and Section 3 Residents and Business Concerns are encouraged to apply -If Section 3 documents are not properly signed and submitted with the bid, a section 3 preference cannot be made. If no section 3 preference is being claimed, these documents are not required with the bid. Completed Section 3 paperwork will be required of the successful Bidder if a contract is awarded. Approximately 5100 lf of 6" water main installation, approximately 90 disconnect and relocate existing water services and meters with pavement patches and related erosion and sediment control measures. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. Section 3 covered position under the HUD Act of 1968 and that Section 3 Residents and Business Concerns are encouraged to apply. The Owner reserves the rights to waive any and all informalities, to reject any and all bids, and to disregard all nonconforming, non-responsive, unbalanced or conditioned bids.
