Renovation of a mixed-use development in Chesterfield, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Scope of demolition and removal work is indicated on drawings and specified in Section 024100. Scope of alterations work is indicated on drawings. The Work includes, but is not limited to: 1. Replacement of existing lamps with LED Lamp Types: a. 4'-0" T8 LED b. 3'-0" T8 LED c. 2'-0" T8 LED d. 6'-0" T8 LED 2. Sensors are to be installed or replaced only in spaces that are indicated for LED Lighting Conversion. Sensors are not to be installed in Hallways, corridors or open spaces. a. Remote-mounted dual tech, single relay occupancy sensors: high bay, ceiling, and wall (vs fixture mounted). b. Occupancy sensor type. c. Mounting type: ceiling mount (required for restrooms) or wall mount, and high bay for tall ceilings (ex. gyms). Provide patch to match and paint for all surfaces where required where devices are installed. d. Installation to be hardwired three wire connection (low voltage) wireless NOT permitted. e. Install ceiling mounted dual mode (PIR+SUS) for all restrooms. f. Contractor is required to provide necessary information for earning Ameren MO BizSavers incentives (lamp size/length/qty, total wattage controlled by each sensor, sensor brand and model, cost, fixture type) and provide invoices from purchased lamps and sensors. g. Sensors must be hard-wired models to receive incentives from Ameren BizSavers (and they must control >150 watts.) See referenced Figure 1 below. Bond Notes: A bid bond will be required in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Amount of the bidder's bid. A. The bid bond must accompany the bid in order for the bid to be accepted.
