Infrastructure Cleaning Services. LOCATION OF THE WORK: The work to be performed hereunder is located throughout the City of Irvine, County of Orange. Each bid shall be accompanied by a scanned copy of a certified or cashier's check Bid Bond 10.00% Payment Bond 100.00% Performance Bond 100.00% The City of Irvine has adopted a "Local Vendor Preference" resolution (Resolution 23-76) which extends a preference to responsive Local Vendors, as that term is defined below, in the competitive solicitation process for the procurement of services. For the purposes of this policy, "Local Vendor" shall mean a business entity that meets all of the following criteria: Liquidated Damages $250 deducted for schedule failures and $250 deducted for all performance failures. Start/Delivery Date Estimated July 1, 2024 Project Duration Initial 1-year term with 4 additional one 1 year period extension option. Question Deadline 04/30/2024 at 4:00 PM PT. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work to be performed shall include, but not be limited to: Infrastructure Cleaning Services throughout the City of Irvine shall include, but not be limited to, off-street bike trails, parking lots, pedestrian bridges, street islands, guard rails, overpass sidewalks, and litter control. The City reserves the right, after opening bids, to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in a bid, to make awards in the interest of the City, and to reject all other bids.
