The College Station Independent School District ("CSISD" and/or the "District") is soliciting Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) for constructional professional and engineering firm(s). The district intends to establish a pool of construction professional service providers to support requirements for various professional services necessary for renovations, additions, alterations, and construction projects. This is not a project based RFQ. It is an open Solicitation to allow firms to be added to our pool through the open period The pool of service providers may include, but not necessarily be limited to the following disciplines: Acoustical Consultant MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Engineering Civil Engineer - Structural Engineer Construction Material Testing Consultant/Engineer Testing and Balancing Consultant/Engineer The term of this agreement will be effective beginning May 22, 2024 after formal approval by the CSISD Board of Trustees (meeting scheduled for Tuesday, May 21, 2024), for five (5) years through May 2029.
