The City of Phoenix invites sealed offers for Underwater Maintenance, Repair, and Parts for a 5-year agreement commencing on or about July 1, 2024, in accordance with the specifications and provisions contained herein or the "Effective Date" which is upon award by City Council, conditioned upon signature and recording by the City Clerk's department, as required by the Phoenix City Code, whichever is later. This includes, but not limited to removal, installation, cleaning, repairs and fabrication of flow meters, pumps, valves and aeration diffusers. The City reserves the right to change dates, times, and locations, as necessary. The City does not always hold a Pre-Offer Conference or Site Visit.
