Construction of a 1.5-mile water main extension to link the City of Standish public water system to the Standish-Sterling school campus. Also included in this project is a booster pump station near the connection point at the corner of US-23 and Grove Street Road. The main is to be constructed off the shoulder of Grove Street Road. The lengths are generally described as: Grove Street Road from US-23 to Wyatt Rd 8" PVC 7,920 feet Wyatt Rd from Grove Street Road to Elementary School 8" PVC 1,760 feet Wyatt Rd from Grove Street Road to High School 8" PVC 1,226 feet 1 Booster Pump Station 5 Fire Hydrant Assemblies. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any bid which is considered in the best interest of the Owner. Partial sets of the Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the designated website. Prospective Bidders are urged to register with the designated website as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project.
