St. Marys County Public Schools (SMCPS) is requesting sealed bids from experienced and qualified Contractors to supply and replace the emergency generator and automatic transfer switch at Hollywood Elementary School, located at 44345 Joy Chapel Road, Hollywood, Maryland 20636. All work performed under this Project/Contract shall be coordinated, supervised, and monitored by the contractor. Work will be coordinated and scheduled with the Department of Maintenance. The SMCPS calendar and school closing updates are available for view at www.smcps.org. Vendor shall ensure that all employees report to the main office in school buildings daily to sign-in and signout while work is being performed. The Board of Education of St. Marys County on behalf of St. Marys County Public Schools (SMCPS) is requesting sealed bids from experienced and qualified Vendors to supply and replace the emergency generator and automatic transfer switch at Hollywood Elementary School located at 44345 Joy Chapel Road, Hollywood, Maryland 20636. All work must be substantially completed by August 15, 2025. Deadline for Questions: May 14, 2024 at 3:00 P.m. Local Time Questions may be sent via email to pjmccall@smcps.org. 100% Payment and Performance Bond is required for Projects that total over $100,000.
