Question Cuttoff Date & Time 4/29/2024 11:00:00 PM (ET) The Iowa Department of Transportation is seeking bids for; Replacement of 1,550' of concrete as per the specification outlined in RFB FY2024 #232 Scope of Work document (Attachment tab). The location for this project is the Sigourney, IA Maintenance Garage located at 23301 Hwy 149 S, Sigourney IA 52591. Scope: Contractor to replace 1,550' of concrete as per specifications outlined. Please review RFB FY2024 #232 Scope of Work for all required material specifications to ensure compliant materials are bid. Note: Existing concrete has been removed. Award: It is the intent of the Iowa DOT to award the contract to the responsible bidder whose submitted quotation is the most advantageous to the Iowa DOT, cost and other factors considered. Other factors include, but are not limited to: Meeting or exceeding mandatory requirements, proposed staffing, and meeting required time schedule. Other factors may also include a comprehensive review of bidders as work performance and work capacity.
