Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Richardson, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
For furnishing all labor, materials, tools and equipment, and performing all work required including all appurtenances for Mill and overlay 54,000 square yards of asphalt pavement, remove and replace 10,150 square yards of 9-inch concrete pavement, remove and replace 5,300 square feet of concrete sidewalk, remove and replace 28 barrier free ramps, and install pavement markings for Coit Road from Dumont Drive to Roundrock Road, and Beltline Road from Waterview Drive to Weatherred Drive. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified or cashier check on a state or national bank in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the possible total of the bid submitted, The successful contractor must furnish a Performance Bond upon the form provided in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price, a material and labor Payment Bond upon the form provided in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price, and a Maintenance Bond upon the form provided in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price.
