OPWDD is soliciting quotes from responsible and qualified MWBE, SDVOB or NYS small business contractors to provide Interior & Exterior Painting of the house and outbuildings service to Sunmount DDSO, 6204 State Rt 30 SOIRA This procurement opportunity is limited to New York State Small Businesses, New York State businesses certified pursuant to Articles 15-A and 17-B of the New York State Executive Law - Empire State Development Corporation Certified Minority or Woman Owned business (MWBE) or New York State Office of General Services Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB) only. Please provide a copy of your firm's certification documents when submitting a quote. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Contract term: 1 year CR Number: 2109185 Prep and Paint exterior of House and outbuildings. Prep and paint home interior Prepare interior and exterior of house and outbuildings, then paint all surfaces. The vendor shall provide all Materials and labor necessary to complete the work in a professional manner according to scope of work and architectural drawings if supplied. Work is to be completed within 30 days of award, unless modified below. This is a NYS Public Works project and prevailing wages are to be paid. Certified Payrolls must be submitted at time of completion. Refer to attached specification for the following scope of work if supplied. Site must be cleaned, and all materials secured at the end of each workday. Absolutely no materials or equipment, are to be left unsecured. Upon completion of interior and exterior house and outbuilding painting, before removal of equipment, contractor is to schedule a quality control and quality assurance inspection with Plant Superintendent or his/her representative. SCOPE OF WORK includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: 1. Scrape loose paint from exterior of house and any outbuildings. 2. Prepare the exterior of house and outbuildings for painting including repairs. 3. Paint exterior of house and outbuildings 1 st with primer and then 2 coats of exterior paint. Color to be decided by OPWDD staff. 4. Patch and prepare all interior walls, and prime as necessary. 5. Prepare all interior trim and woodwork. 6. Paint interior walls with 2 coats of interior paint. Color to be decided by OPWDD staff. 7. Refinish all interior trim and woodwork to match original finishes. 8. All work is to be performed by OSHA standards. 9. All paint debris must be cleaned up by Contractor.
