Asbestos abatement and renovation of a mixed-use development in Memphis, Tennessee. Completed plans call for asbestos abatement for a educational facility; and for the renovation of a educational facility.
This project calls for the abatement of 9"x 9" flooring and cove base in the cafeteria at 230 Henry Ave. Scope of Work below to include the following. The removal and disposal of all existing floor tiles, and replaced with VCT or LVT, or equivalent tiles. Removal of furniture, equipment and storage will be done by the contractor with the owner's approval. The abatement for this project shall meet all applicable laws and regulations associated with this project. Any and all code requirements will be followed to meet the requirements of this project. Scope 1. Flooring a. Remove and discard existing 9"x 9" floor tiles and cove base. b. Install new VCT or LVT or equivalent flooring, and 6" black cove base. c. Clean and wax new flooring to meet customer approval.
