SCOPE OF WORK - REQUIRED SERVICES TASK 1: ATTEND PROJECT KICK-OFF MEETING AND SITE VISIT The Selected Consultant shall attend a project kick-off meeting and site visits with the Project Partners to discuss the project timeline, division of labor, design plans, permit requirements and any other issues pertinent to the project. The meeting may be held in person or remotely at the discretion of the participants. CVRPC will schedule the meeting within two weeks of the contract start date. The Selected Consultant shall provide meeting minutes for the project kick-off meeting to CVRPC. CVRPC, Project Partner for the Town of Marshfield, invite qualified firms to submit a Scope of Work and Cost Proposal to complete final designs and provide bid and construction oversight for ten pre-approved watershed protection projects.
