Exterior Lighting Maintenance Denton County's intent of this Invitation to Bid is to secure a contract with a qualified and experienced firm to provide monthly inspections at various Denton County buildings, maintenance, and repairs (hourly labor rate) at a firm fixed price , along with a percentage discount for lamps, fixtures, ballasts, and drivers. Questions Due Date: May 1st 2024, 2:00 PM CDT. TERM: The contract will be in effect from June 1, 2024, through May 31, 2025, with an option to renew for three (3) additional one (1) year terms at the discretion of the Denton County Commissioners Court. Prices and percentage discount must remain firm during contract period. ADD/DELETE LOCATIONS: Denton County reserves the right to add or delete locations/services as needed. Denton County will request a written quotation from the vendor for additional locations/services. Vendor shall submit, in writing, a fair and reasonable price for a service call for the new locations/services based on current bid prices contained in this bid. If it is determined the quote is excessive, Denton County reserves the right to request quotations from additional sources. ACCEPT OR REJECT: Bidders may bid on all or any part of this bid. The County reserves the right to accept or reject all or any part of any bid and award by part or total bid.
