The City of Henderson Department of Utility Services (DUS) requires as-needed design engineering services for its On Call Design (Program). Work components of the Program include construction documents for capital improvement projects, structural evaluations, miscellaneous wastewater treatment plan support, survey support, and other miscellaneous water/wastewater engineering related tasks. These services will be provided on an as-needed basis and authorized in writing via Task Orders that will specifically identify the work required to be performed, time of performance, assigned personnel, and compensation for the identified services. The Respondent shall provide engineering support services on an on-call, as needed basis as authorized in writing by the City. Individual Task Orders will specifically define and authorize the services. Period of performance, and not-to-exceed fees. Each short-listed Respondent will be interviewed by the same panel that will ask the same prepared questions. Under no circumstances will the presentation and oral interview exceed 45 minutes. At the conclusion of the presentations and oral interviews, each Respondent will be rated on their presentation performance and answers provided to the interview questions The City reserves the right to contact project owners for the purpose of obtaining references. Respondents should be aware that the City's inability to contact references could impact the overall evaluation and ranking of the Respondent's RFQ. Question Deadline 04/29/2024 at 1:00 PM PT
