Demolition, site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Montreal, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and swimming pool.
Phased upgrades, repairs and improvements to La Fontaine municipal park facilities for the creation of a "centre of aquatic activities". The scope of work includes demolition and reconstruction of the bathers' pavilion to bring the structure up to standard as well as the replacement of aquatic equipment. The project also includes the rehabilitation of the paddling pools as well as the addition of a more efficient filtration system. TIMELINE: The project is in a preliminary stage. Concept establishment and budget estimation are underway at the owner. Project scope and timelines of the project development are not finalized pending funding confirmation. Further update in early/mid-2026.
