Renovation of a parking garage in Val-David, Quebec. Working plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
Upgrades and reparis to the municipal garage of Val-David Village Municipality. More specifically, the project consists of repairing and upgrading the municipal garage (1980) in order to resolve the problems of conviviality of the environment and the lack of space (expansion or redevelopment), improvement of the electrical, ventilation and fire protection systems, preparation of the infrastructure necessary for the installation of a generator and replacement of the oil heating system with an electric system. TIMELINE: Working drawings are being finalized. Tender for the general contractor is anticipated in late 2025/early 2026.
