Upgrades and repairs to the municipal garage of Val-David Village Municipality. More specifically, the project consists of repairing and upgrading the municipal garage (1980) in order to resolve the problems of conviviality of the environment and the lack of space (expansion or redevelopment), improvement of the electrical, ventilation and fire protection systems, preparation of the infrastructure necessary for the installation of a generator and replacement of the oil heating system with an electric system. TIMELINE: Working drawings are underway. Due to an additional work included in the scope of the project, the owner awarded contracts to Artelia for the provision of electrical and structural engineering professional consulting services. Tendering for the general contractor is anticipated in spring/summer 2026.
