The award will be based on the evaluation criteria set forth in Section III. 6-8 which includes Company and Personnel Qualifications, Cost, and the Approach to the Scope of Work Nextlight is a department of the City of Longmont, which is a community owned, public utility providing broadband services. Nextlight has elected to subcontract the directional boring and underground services for broadband facilities in cases where its own crews are not readily available and need supplemental support.
