Roof Replacement for Building 5 at Sebring High School The School Board of Highlands County, herein referred to as the SBHC, is requesting bids for the cost associated with the roof replacement for Building 5 at Sebring High School. The work includes selective demolition and removal of existing metal and bituminous flashings, built-up roofing, cover boards and insulation down to existing decks. 2. The work further includes miscellaneous rough carpentry, sheathing, preparation required for reroofing, built-up asphalt roofing, sheet metal flashing and trim, and joint sealants. Bid proposals not received timely will not be opened and therefore will not be considered for award. However, sealed bids received by common carrier noting guarantee delivery by the time specified in the RFP will be considered.
