The Work shall be completed in three (3) stages over a two (2) year period as follows: Stage 1: 2025 - Angus Boulevard and 19th Avenue - 2025. Includes Wascana Creek Outlet, Rehabilitation work on Angus Boulevard and 19th Avenue, and landscaping on Angus Boulevard.
