The scope of work includes but is not limited to upgrading dining hall finishes and replacing carpet flooring and base with new terrazzo and terrazzo base. The Work will be divided into two phases: Phase 0 - Submittals and Procurement Phase 1 - Construction The University currently anticipates that the on-site construction period (Phase 1) to begin no sooner than June 17th, 2024 and to be completed no later than August 30th, 2024. The work will be performed when the dining facility is unoccupied, during Summer 2024. LICENSE REQUIREMENTS: The successful Bidder will be required to have the following California current and active contractor's license at the time of submission of the Bid: B License (General Building) Every effort will be made to ensure that all persons have equal access to contracts and other business opportunities with the University within the limits imposed by law or University policy. Each Bidder may be required to show evidence of its equal employment opportunity policy.
